Authorizes pharmacists to administer human papillomavirus (HPV), Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis), meningococcal, and influenza vaccines to persons between eleven and seventeen years of age, expanding from the current authorization for ages fourteen to seventeen.

Requires pharmacists administering these vaccines to children ages eleven to seventeen to complete a training program approved by the Accreditation Council of Pharmacy Education and submit proof of completion to the board prior to administering vaccines.

Mandates that pharmacists verify the prescriber or prescriber's authorized agent is the patient's medical home before administering vaccines.

Amends the definition of "practice of pharmacy" to include the new vaccine administration authority and updates disciplinary provisions to cover violations related to administering the newly authorized vaccines.

Effective upon approval.
