Requires owners or occupiers of agricultural land to provide written notice to the Land Use Commission within 30 days of subdivision, sale, or lease, specifying the agricultural uses or activities for which the land was subdivided, sold, or leased.

Transfers enforcement authority over agricultural land conditions, restrictions, uses, and subdivisions from county zoning officers to the Land Use Commission, which now has jurisdiction to investigate violations reported by any person.

Grants the Land Use Commission authority to enter agricultural property upon reasonable notice to investigate violations, and to apply to district court for a warrant if entry is refused.

Authorizes the Land Use Commission to issue cease and desist orders, subpoena landowners or occupiers, assess fines, and place liens on property for violations of agricultural land use requirements.

Effective date of July 1, 2050.
