Prohibits creation of condominium property regimes on agricultural land of 25 acres or more in counties where one-third or less of land is classified in the state agricultural district.

Prohibits amending existing condominium property regimes on agricultural land to allow single-family dwellings in qualifying counties.

Prohibits subdivision of agricultural land of 25 acres or more for the purpose of creating a condominium property regime in qualifying counties.

Prohibits single-family dwelling projects from being created as condominiums under chapter 514B or planned community associations under chapter 421J on class A or B agricultural lands in qualifying counties, with exception for plantation community subdivisions.

Effective date of July 1, 2050, with amendments to section 205-4.5(a) preserved if that section is repealed and reenacted on June 30, 2019.
