Requires health care practitioners to identify their type of license in all advertisements that name them, and prohibits deceptive or misleading information about their qualifications, profession, skills, training, expertise, education, board certification, or licensure.

Mandates that health care practitioners wear a photo identification name tag during patient interactions showing their photograph, name, license type, and license expiration date.

Requires health care practitioners to display signage in their office clearly identifying their type of license in a size visible to current and prospective patients.

Requires medical doctors or doctors of osteopathic medicine supervising or collaborating with non-M.D. or non-D.O. practitioners to post a schedule showing regular hours when the physician will be present at each practice location.

Prohibits health care practitioners from knowingly aiding unlicensed persons to practice health care or delegating services to persons without required licensure; violations constitute unprofessional conduct subject to disciplinary action, daily penalties, fee refunds to patients, and possible injunctions.
