Authorizes the Department of Education to offer voluntary training for teachers and educational officers on sex trafficking prevention and response.

Training curriculum includes methods used to lure children into sex trafficking, identifying victims, health effects on victims, prevention strategies, trauma-informed response techniques, and information resources for victims and service agencies.

Requires the Department of Education to make available explanatory information about approved sex trafficking victim protocols to teachers and educational officers at the beginning of each school year.

Permits the Department of Education to coordinate and contract with state or county agencies, victim services providers, or other sex trafficking experts to implement the training program.

Takes effect upon approval.
