Establishes a grant program administered by the Agribusiness Development Corporation to provide financial support for agriculture-related improvements to existing and emerging farms and agribusiness operations.

Requires applicants to submit detailed applications including the organization/individual name, public purpose, service details, target group, and project budget with supporting documentation.

Applicants must comply with federal and state anti-discrimination laws, obtain all applicable licenses and permits, provide liability indemnification and insurance, and implement eligible agriculture projects including farm modernization, equipment replacement, market development, or advisory services.

Grant recipients must submit quarterly reports documenting expenditures made during each fiscal quarter both individually and in aggregate.

Maximum grant amount is $100,000 per qualified person or entity per year; effective date is July 1, 2017.
