Urges the Contractors License Board to review the C-68 classified specialist license (interim specialty license) and either modify or replace it with a new classification.

Identifies that the current C-68 license definition does not adequately inform the public or other parties about the scope of work contractors may perform under this license.

Requests the Board to submit a report of its findings and actions to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the 2018 Regular Session.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Governor, Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Auditor, and relevant board chairpersons.
