Office of Aerospace Development requested to establish and administer the Multinational Lunar Architecture Alliance to guide development and implementation of prototype lunar architecture in Hawaii County.

Alliance membership to include Hawaii-based aerospace organizations, NASA, federal agencies (FAA, USPACOM, USARPAC), national space agencies, space advocacy organizations, international space agencies, and the UN Office for Outer Space Affairs.

Alliance required to hold first organizational teleconference by August 1, 2017, coordinated by the Office of Aerospace Development.

Alliance to develop agenda and invitational list for international lunar development summit in Hawaii County in October 2017, focusing on lunar architecture design challenges and public-private partnership strategies.

Certified copies to be transmitted to the Director of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism and Director of the Office of Aerospace Development.
