Request Department of Education to coordinate with high school associations, charter school commission, homeschool association, and higher education institutions to organize student debate events on current issues affecting Hawaii and the nation.

Partner with Debate Hawaii, Hawaii Speech League, and House Committee on Legislative Management to organize debates for public and private high school students and higher education students.

House Committee on Legislative Management to select a panel of legislators, legislative aides, or community leaders to hear student debates and choose debate topics relevant to the state and nation.

Hold debate events at the Capitol following legislative rules and procedures.

Transmit copies of resolution to Department of Education superintendent, legislative leaders, university regents and presidents, and debate organization presidents.
