Appropriates funds to the Hawaii ant lab of the Pacific cooperative studies unit at the University of Hawaii for fiscal years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 to support mitigation efforts against the little fire ant.

Allocates appropriated funds for two full-time operator positions and one full-time supervisor position at the ant lab.

Provides funding for a vehicle and operating costs for public outreach and treatment activities related to little fire ant mitigation.

Includes appropriations for ant baits, field equipment, personal protective equipment, computers, and printers necessary for the mitigation program.

Effective date of July 1, 2050.
