Adds a fine of up to $1,000 (as determined by the court) for any employer who violates income withholding requirements for child or spousal support under Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 571-52.

Adds a fine of up to $1,000 (as determined by the court) for any employer who fails to comply with income withholding orders under Section 571-52.2, in addition to existing liability for the full amount of unpaid withheld sums.

Adds a fine of up to $1,000 (as determined by the court) for any employer who violates income withholding requirements under Section 576E-16, in addition to existing liability for the full amount of unpaid withheld sums.

Effective date is July 1, 2075.
