Amends Act 187 (Session Laws of Hawaii 2012) to remove the requirement that deans of the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine and School of Nursing and Dental Hygiene submit biennial legislative reports on the Hawaii Health Corps program status.

Repeals Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 304A-1144, which required the Office of the Vice President for Community Colleges to submit annual reports to the legislature on the construction academy program.

Repeals Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 304A-3305, which required the University of Hawaii to submit annual reports to the governor and legislature on nursing scholarship grant program operations and statistics.

Repeals Section 4 of Act 281 (Session Laws of Hawaii 2007), which required the Hawaii P-20 initiative council to submit annual progress reports to the legislature.

Takes effect upon approval.
