Authorizes pharmacies to provide customized patient medication packages to patients of institutional facilities or members of the general public.

Requires pharmacy to obtain consent from the patient, patient's caregiver, patient's guardian, or prescribing practitioner before providing the customized package.

Requires consent to be accompanied by the patient's current prescription and the package must meet requirements of section 328-16.

Defines "customized patient medication package" as a package prepared by a pharmacist for a specific patient containing one or more prescribed solid oral dosage forms.

Takes effect July 1, 2070.
