Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to establish a "stay for work" program providing homeless individuals and families with legal campsites at state parks in exchange for volunteer services.

Volunteers shall not be required to work more than 25 hours per week to maintain park grounds and programs.

Campsites must be suitable for tents or temporary dwellings and include access to public bathrooms, showers, and a designated area for cooking fires.

Department must adopt administrative rules under Chapter 91 to implement the program, with program compliance affording participants the continued right to occupy their campsite.

Act takes effect upon approval.
