Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 467-1.6(b) to add two new responsibilities for principal brokers in real estate brokerage firms.

Requires principal brokers to ensure associated real estate licensees who provide property management services to community associations are responsive to owner requests for finances, documents, records, and information under chapters 421I, 421J, and 514E.

Requires principal brokers to ensure that any Real Estate Commission requests to distribute commission-generated information or documents to associations, boards of directors, or unit owners are completed within ten days of receiving the request.

Effective date: July 1, 2099.
