Establishes the "Fair Share Health Care Disclosure Act" to require the Department of Human Services to compile data on employers with employees receiving public assistance benefits.

Mandates DHS to submit an annual report to the Legislature no later than twenty days before each regular session identifying the fifty employers with the highest number of public assistance recipients among their employees.

Report must include for each employer: address, number of full-time and part-time employees, number of recipients employed, number of recipient spouses or dependents, state cost of public assistance provided, and number of employees eligible for employer-provided health benefits under chapter 393.

Prohibits inclusion of employee names or personally identifiable information in the report and requires compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act privacy standards.

Requires the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to assist DHS by sharing employment data; effective July 1, 2050.
