• Establishes $35,000,000 as the annual pro rata share of public land trust income and proceeds for the Office of Hawaiian Affairs beginning in fiscal year 2018-2019.

• Requires state departments and agencies collecting public land trust receipts to transfer $8,750,000 per quarter to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, with final accounting by the Department of Finance.
