Expands Hawaii's coffee labeling requirements to include ready-to-drink coffee beverages, which were previously excluded from labeling standards that only applied to roasted and instant coffee.

Requires ready-to-drink coffee beverages to display identity statements indicating the percentage and geographic origin of Hawaii-grown coffee content, using the same type size and conspicuous placement requirements as roasted and instant coffee products.

Prohibits misrepresentation of coffee origin, percentage by weight, or use of geographic terms in labeling and advertising of ready-to-drink beverages unless minimum thresholds (10% or 100% depending on context) are met.

Requires manufacturers and roasters to maintain two-year records of the volume and origin of coffees purchased, sold, and used in ready-to-drink coffee beverages for department enforcement purposes.

Adds definition of "ready-to-drink coffee beverage" as a prepackaged beverage consisting of or including coffee sold in prepared form that can be immediately consumed upon purchase.
