Prohibits retaliation or discrimination against condominium owners, board members, managing agents, resident managers, or employees who report alleged violations of state condominium laws or governing documents.

Protects individuals who file complaints, participate in investigations, or cooperate with entities investigating alleged violations of condominium laws or association documents.

Protects individuals who exercise or attempt to exercise any rights under condominium law or association governing documents.

Allows affected parties to bring civil actions in district court for violations, with courts authorized to issue injunctions, award damages, attorney's fees, court costs, or other appropriate relief.

Applies to both Chapter 514A (associations of apartment owners) and Chapter 514B (condominium associations) of Hawaii Revised Statutes, effective July 1, 2070.
