Amends Section 712-1210 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to add a definition of "in loco parentis" for purposes of pornography and obscenity laws.

Defines "in loco parentis" as a situation where a non-parent or non-legal guardian assumes parental obligations without legally adopting a minor, or voluntarily performs parental duties to provide for the minor.

Does not affect rights, duties, penalties, or proceedings that were in effect before the effective date of the Act.

Takes effect on July 1, 2025.
