Amends Section 431:10C-119, Hawaii Revised Statutes to modernize motor vehicle insurance office requirements that were written before the internet and smartphones existed.

Allows motor vehicle insurers to satisfy the requirement for a complete sales and claims service office in the State through licensed producers maintaining offices in every county where the insurer does business, rather than requiring the insurer itself to maintain a physical office.

Aligns motor vehicle insurance code requirements with statutory requirements for other property and casualty insurers in Hawaii.

Takes effect on July 1, 2018.
