Requires the Executive Office on Aging to update the state plan on Alzheimer's disease and related dementias at least once per fiscal biennium.

Mandates inclusion of an implementation work plan specifying tasks, timelines, milestones, and assigned parties for each of the five state plan goals.

Requires the Executive Office on Aging to include progress information toward state plan goals in its annual report to the legislature.

Update reports must document efforts taken to achieve plan goals, provide policy recommendations, and review services coordinated among public and private agencies serving persons with Alzheimer's disease and their families.

Executive Office on Aging must solicit input from task forces, working groups, affected families, and medical community members when reviewing and revising the state plan.
