Amends Chapter 201B of Hawaii Revised Statutes to add a new section requiring the Hawaii Tourism Authority (HTA) to develop and establish a training course on human trafficking response procedures for hotel owners, operators, and employees.

Training courses must be made accessible on the HTA's website or another suitable website designated by the authority.

Participation in the training courses is voluntary, though the HTA is encouraged to promote industry participation.

Defines "hotel" for purposes of this section to include "hotel-condominium" and "condominium-hotel" as defined in section 486K-1.

Takes effect upon approval.
