• Director of DBEDT shall adopt rules authorizing gasoline sold in Hawaii for motor vehicles to contain up to 10 percent ethanol by volume

• Gasoline distributors selling ethanol-blended fuel must file certified statements at reporting dates established by the director, including ethanol price and amount available, amounts of ethanol-blended and non-ethanol-blended gasoline sold, and other required information

• Information reported by distributors shall be treated as confidential under the same provisions as section 486J-6

• Effective date: January 28, 2045
