Establishes the Erin's Law task force to review current policies, programs, and curricula for sexual abuse and sex trafficking prevention education in public schools (grades pre-K through 12).

Task force composition includes the superintendent of education (chairperson), directors of health and human services, attorney general, education committee chairs from both chambers, school principals, charter school representative, and invited members from youth services and abuse prevention organizations.

Task force shall consider developmentally-appropriate curricula, teacher and staff training on abuse prevention and reporting, parental involvement components, evaluation measures, and compliance with federal laws like Title IX.

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2019 regular session, with a follow-up report before the 2020 regular session, and shall cease existing on June 30, 2020.

Appropriates unspecified general revenues to the department of education for fiscal year 2018-2019 to support task force operations; effective date is July 1, 3000.
