Creates a new section (356D-__) establishing that areas within housing projects not open to the public must display signs reading "Closed to the Public – No Trespassing" or substantially similar message to be enforceable.

Requires closure signs to contain letters at least two inches in height and be placed at reasonable intervals of no less than three signs per mile along boundary lines and at all entrances to be clearly visible from outside the property.

Amends Section 708-814 (Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree) to allow prosecution for unauthorized entry into housing project areas that are closed to the public with proper signage, or for violating a written warning issued by housing authorities or law enforcement.

Defines "housing project" as public housing projects, elder or elderly housing, or state low-income housing projects, and establishes that tenant invitations or authorizations do not override trespass warnings.

Maintains that criminal trespass in the second degree is a petty misdemeanor and clarifies signage and warning requirements for prosecution.
