HB 2411 Summary

• Clarifies that a "growler" is a recyclable or reusable container not exceeding one gallon (increased from half-gallon) that must be securely sealed for off-premises consumption of malt beverages

• Increases the manufacturing limit for class 18 small craft producer pub licensees from 60,000 to 125,000 barrels of malt beverages annually on the licensee's premises

• Allows class 14 brewpub licensees and class 18 small craft producer pub licensees to operate satellite locations under the same trade name within the state, subject to county licensing requirements and jurisdiction

• Expands direct shipment privileges to include all forms of liquor (beer, wine, and spirits) rather than wine only, allowing licensees to ship up to 42 gallons of beer and 2 nine-liter cases of spirits per household annually

• Takes effect on July 1, 2018
