Allows licensed motor vehicle dealers to operate at multiple locations within the same county if affiliated by common ownership, in addition to existing branch location options.

Adds new grounds for license revocation, suspension, or denial against manufacturers/distributors who issue stop sale directives on used vehicles without available remedies and fail to compensate dealers at least 1.75% monthly of the vehicle's value.

Prohibits manufacturers/distributors from requiring dealers to purchase facility construction materials or services from manufacturer-selected vendors if substantially similar items are available elsewhere and dealer-approved.

Establishes that dealers cannot be required to provide customer information, lists, service files, or data management system access without written consent, except for vehicle delivery, incentive validation, or warranty claims.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
