Makes grammatical corrections throughout the statute, replacing "which" with "that" in definitions of common carriers, contract carriers, and private carriers by motor vehicle.

Modifies the definition of "contract carrier by motor vehicle" to use semicolons and clarify the two distinct service models: exclusive assignment of vehicles or transportation designed to meet individual customer needs.

Takes effect upon approval.
