Appropriates funds from general revenues to the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism for fiscal year 2018-2019 to support the Pacific International Space Center for Exploration Systems (PISCES) internship and economic development programs.

PISCES provides workforce development through internships, mentorships, and the STEM Aerospace Research Scholars (STARS) program for women, with participants obtaining employment at NASA, aerospace companies, robotics firms, and software businesses.

Establishes a $1,000,000 ceiling for the PISCES special fund, with any excess moneys at fiscal year-end lapsing to the state general fund as determined by the director of finance.

Takes effect on July 1, 2112.
