• Appropriates $53,000 in general revenues for fiscal year 2018-2019 to fund one full-time equivalent permanent cultural resource project coordinator position for the Kaho'olawe Island Reserve Commission.

• Designates the appropriated funds for managing archaeological and historical resources on Kaho'olawe, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and for the commission to serve as the island burial council.

• Becomes effective July 1, 2018.
