Appropriates $9,645,383 to the Senate, including $8,382,883 for session and nonsession expenses through June 30, 2019, $1,150,000 for the legislative information system, and $112,500 for legislative broadcasting.

Appropriates $13,269,211 to the House of Representatives, including $12,218,287 for session and nonsession expenses through June 30, 2019, $938,424 for the legislative information system, and $112,500 for legislative broadcasting.

Appropriates $3,157,127 to the Office of the Auditor for fiscal year 2018-2019 operations plus $150,000 for special studies and legislative requests; also appropriates $2,800,000 to the audit revolving fund and $6,300,000 from that fund for audit functions.

Appropriates $3,707,995 to the Legislative Reference Bureau, $1,322,205 to the Office of the Ombudsman, and $1,130,158 to the State Ethics Commission for fiscal year 2018-2019 expenses.

Appropriates $535,028 total for accrued vacation and transfer payments across all agencies, with unexpended balances lapsing to the general fund on June 30, 2019; Senate and House interim expenses require approval from the respective chamber president or speaker.
