Permits agricultural lodges on agricultural lands with soil classified as C, D, E, or U in counties with populations between 170,000 and 500,000.

Agricultural lodges do not require a special use permit and may consist of multiple buildings under single management with transient lodging accommodations without individual kitchen facilities.

Agricultural lodges may grow produce or raise livestock on-site to serve guests and employees as part of accommodations.

Limits guest rooms to a maximum of five rooms on properties of three acres or less, and ten guest rooms on properties larger than three acres.

Aims to provide alternative visitor accommodations in agricultural areas while promoting local food production and employment opportunities in rural regions.
