HI HB28

Requires the University of Hawaii at Manoa to provide tuition waivers to employees in collective bargaining units (1) nonsupervisory blue collar and (2) supervisory blue collar positions.

Tuition waivers may be used for the employee's own tuition or for a family member's tuition (spouse, domestic partner, or minor child).

Waivers must have the same terms and conditions as those provided to University of Hawaii faculty in collective bargaining unit (7).

Effective date is July 1, 2050.
