Amends Section 466-36 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to broaden peer review standards for public accountants by removing the specific reference to "AT section 201 of" the Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements.

Peer review procedures must now be performed in accordance with the full Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements adopted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, rather than limited to one section.
