Adds nonprofit organizations and their employees to the list of entities exempt from mortgage servicer licensing and regulation requirements under Hawaii law.

The exemption applies to nonprofit organizations that are also exempt from section 454F-25 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Amends section 454M-3 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes to add a new subsection (7) creating this exemption.

Takes effect upon approval.
