Defines "limited service pregnancy centers" as non-contracted facilities that advertise pregnancy-related services such as sonography, pregnancy tests, or pregnancy options counseling without being affiliated with the state's Med-QUEST or department of health programs.

Requires all limited service pregnancy centers to post written notices (at least 8.5" x 11" with 22-point font or distributed at check-in) informing clients of free or low-cost reproductive health services available through Med-QUEST, including family planning, contraception, prenatal care, and abortion services.

Establishes privacy protections prohibiting centers from disclosing clients' individually identifiable health information without express written authorization and requires centers to provide pregnancy test results to individuals in writing.

Mandates that centers providing ultrasounds or sonograms disclose that only those performed by qualified health professionals and read by licensed clinicians are medically accurate.

Authorizes the Attorney General to enforce compliance through civil penalties and allows aggrieved individuals to bring private civil actions for damages up to three times actual damages, plus attorney fees and potential civil fines up to amounts to be determined.
