Requires pharmacists to complete an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education-approved training program on prescribing contraceptive supplies before dispensing.

Mandates pharmacists provide patients with a self-screening risk assessment tool based on CDC's Medical Eligibility Criteria for Contraceptive Use before prescribing.

Requires pharmacists to refer patients to their primary care provider upon dispensing and provide written records of prescribed contraceptives.

Prohibits pharmacists from requiring appointment scheduling for contraceptive prescriptions and from dispensing to patients without a clinical women's health visit within three years of initial pharmacist prescription.
