Authorizes pharmacists to administer human papillomavirus, meningococcal, influenza, and tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis vaccines to children ages 11-17 (expanded from current age 14-17 limit) pursuant to a valid prescription.

Requires pharmacists administering vaccines to children ages 11-17 to complete a training program approved by the Accreditation Council of Pharmacy Education and submit proof of completion to the board before administering vaccines.

Modifies the definition of "practice of pharmacy" to include administration of specified vaccines to persons ages 11-17 and clarifies pharmacists must verify the prescriber is the patient's medical home.

Establishes that violating section 461-11.4 vaccine administration requirements is grounds for the pharmacy board to deny, revoke, or suspend a pharmacist's license or permit.

Effective date: July 1, 2090.
