Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 328-62 to establish a minimum font size requirement for "PREVIOUSLY FROZEN" labeling on frozen food products.

Requires the words "PREVIOUSLY FROZEN" to be displayed in letter size not less than 75 percent of the font size used for the main text of the label.

Replaces the vague standard of "easily seen under customary conditions of purchase" with a specific, measurable font size requirement.

Addresses vendor practices of using fine print to make frozen food disclosures inconspicuous or unclear to consumers.

Takes effect upon approval with no retroactive application to prior violations or proceedings.
