Appropriates funds from general revenues for fiscal years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 to procure a web-based data system for the Department of Health's Early Intervention Section.

Funds will support procurement, maintenance, and training for the new data system to replace the department's antiquated early intervention data system.

Addresses the need for real-time data access, service documentation, report generation, quality assurance, and billing functions for services serving approximately 3,500 children annually.

Expected to increase efficiency and reduce duplicative processes including manual data entry, staff time inefficiencies, and improve state and federal reporting compliance.

Effective date is July 1, 2090.
