Establishes the Erin's Law task force to review current policies, programs, and curricula for sexual abuse prevention education in Hawaii public schools (grades pre-kindergarten through twelve).

Task force comprises 15 members including the superintendent of education (chair), directors of health and human services, attorney general, legislators, school principals, teachers, and representatives from organizations focused on child protection and sex trafficking victim services.

Task force must consider age-appropriate curricula, teacher and staff training on recognizing and responding to sexual abuse, parental involvement components, and alignment with federal Title IX requirements and state laws.

Requires the task force to submit findings and recommendations to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2018 regular session, with a follow-up report before the 2019 regular session; task force terminates June 30, 2019.

Appropriates unspecified general revenues for fiscal years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 to fund task force operations through the department of education; bill takes effect July 1, 2050.
