State Procurement Office is requested to update and publish the Energy Savings Performance Contracting list of all pre-qualified Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) no later than December 30, 2018

Energy performance contracting with ESCOs is identified as potentially saving Hawaii state and county agencies over $1,000,000,000 over the lifetime of contracts

Certified copies of the resolution are to be transmitted to the State Comptroller, State Auditor, State Procurement Office Administrator, and Hawaii State Energy Office Administrator
