Requests the Attorney General to review the Department of Education's sexual harassment policies and training procedures for employees, contractors, and volunteers

Directs the Attorney General to assess whether current Department of Education policies and training are sufficient to protect students

Requires analysis of the correlation between additional training and instances of reported sexual harassment in schools

Mandates review of sexual harassment policies used in Hawaii private schools to identify best practices that could be integrated into public schools

Requires the Attorney General to report findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2019 Regular Session convenes
