• Request that the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations convene an interagency enforcement task force to combat illegal activities related to "monster homes" (large multi-family residential structures in single-family zoned areas with 17-25+ bedrooms).

• Task force shall serve as the state's interagency advisory and enforcement entity with representation from state and county departments to identify violations, coordinate investigations, facilitate information-sharing, and refer cases to prosecutors.

• Task force directed to assess existing enforcement methods, solicit public complaints, work with social services agencies to assist vulnerable populations including immigrant workers, and identify needed regulatory or statutory changes.

• Annual report required to Legislature and county officials detailing task force activities, administrative or legal barriers, enforcement recommendations, and successful preventive mechanisms.

• All state and county executive branch departments requested to halt work by violating contractors, develop enforcement policies, and provide information to the task force to ensure worker health and safety.
