Request the State Auditor to conduct a financial audit of the Attorney General's expenditure of $675,000 from the Notaries Public Revolving Fund during fiscal years 2010-2014

Require the Attorney General to publish the budgets of the Notaries Public Revolving Fund annually on the Notary Office's website

Address concerns that fund expenditures increased dramatically from an average of $50,800 yearly (2005-2009) to $135,000 yearly (2010-2014), leaving only $2,000 in the fund by the end of fiscal year 2014

Investigate whether the Attorney General's 2013 request to increase notary commission fees and collect additional fees was based on awareness of unsustainable spending patterns during 2010-2013

Transmit certified copies of the concurrent resolution to the Attorney General and the Auditor
