Establishes the Pearl City Revitalization Task Force within the Department of Land and Natural Resources to study future uses of the vacated Pearl City Fire Station site.

Task Force shall examine recreational and educational uses for the site, including bicycle rental and maintenance stations and a Pearl Harbor historic museum.

Task Force consists of eight members: Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources (chair), one senator, one representative, Honolulu City Council Member District 8, Fire Chief, Pearl City Neighborhood Board Chairperson, Friends of the Pearl Harbor Historic Trail Chairperson, and Lehua Elementary School principal.

All Task Force members must be selected or designated within 30 days of the 2018 legislative session's adjournment, with the initial meeting convening within 30 days of the last member's selection.

Task Force shall submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2020 Regular Session convenes.
