Supports the proposed Adoptee Citizenship Act of 2018 (H.R. 5233; S. 2522) pending in Congress to grant American citizenship to foreign-born adoptees adopted by American parents and raised in the United States

Addresses a gap in the Child Citizenship Act of 2000 (CCA), which automatically granted citizenship to foreign-born adopted children but excluded adoptees who were 18 years of age or older on the CCA's effective date

Directs transmission of certified copies of this resolution to congressional leadership, Senate and House Judiciary Committee chairs, Hawaii's Congressional delegation, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the Director of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services
