Recognizes March 19 as Hawaii Celebrating Women in Public Office Day effective during the Twenty-ninth Legislature, Regular Session of 2018.

Notes that women hold less than 20% of seats in the 115th U.S. Congress, 24% of elective executive offices, and 25% of seats in state legislatures according to a 2017 Center for American Women and Politics study.

Acknowledges Hawaii's ranking as one of the best states for women's representation in elected offices at state and national levels.

Calls upon the people of Hawaii to support women in public office and observe March 19 with appropriate activities, events, and programs.

Requires certified copies be transmitted to the Governor, Hawaii's congressional delegation, and the Chair of the Hawaii State Commission on the Status of Women.
