Urges state agencies to collaborate with farmers, landowners, and private organizations to mitigate impacts of invasive animals (pigs, goats, deer) on Kauai and recommend solutions.

Requests the Department of Agriculture, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Kauai Hunting Association, Kauai County Farm Bureau, and other appropriate entities to work together on this issue.

Directs collaborating entities to respond to requests from Kauai residents impacted by invasive animals and develop strategies for wildlife control permits and population management using local hunter expertise.

Instructs entities to explore value-added opportunities from invasive animals, such as using their meat as a commodity.

Requires certified copies be sent to the Chairperson of the Board of Agriculture, Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources, Chairperson of the Kauai Hunting Association, and President of the Kauai County Farm Bureau.
